Hale is from Attawapiskat and he is the genius of the litter. When the others were nervous of the flight out he was the one to explain the theory of aviation to calm them all. Actually though it just confused them and Hale was unable to put it in simple enough terms for them to understand.
He likes to figure out how things work and why things happen. He has been known to wake up in the middle of the night thinking up a new and improved doggy door design. Sadly though he is unable to draw so many of his ideas go unnoticed or appreciated.
Hale understands the odds in life and he has figured out that he and his brothers are due for something wonderful since they were born into something awful. He can only imagine a family of his own where he can help with homework and create improvements around the house. In actuality though, Hale would be just as happy loving and being loved back.
