Philip is from Attawapiskat and when he saw how many pups were waiting to come south into rescue care he thought he may never make it. There seemed to be so many ahead of him and he truly does believe in waiting his turn. Fairness is very important to Philip. Each day that he waited he made sure he was deserving of being chosen. He didn't eat too much and always left kibble in the bowl for others, he didn't bark or whine at night and he tried very hard to stay clean.
Philip arrived here and the exhilaration he felt showed in his expression and through the eager affection he shared. He was beside himself with gratitude.
He is a sweet and considerate boy who wants very much to love and be loved. His happiest day will be when he is chosen once again, this time for his forever home.
